Short Biography

Marta Cenini, of Counsel of Maisto e Associati, is associate professor of civil law at the University of Insubria and lawyer. Her fields of expertise are trusts and fiduciary relations, law of donation and succession, art law, corporate law. She has extensive experience in protection, valorization and generational transfer of movable and immovable family assets, family business and artistic assets both domestically and internationally. She has also developed a particular expertise in inheritance and trust litigation, also acting in cross-border and international cases. She is an expert of art law and arbitrator at the Venice Chamber of Arbitration, Art Section and at the Aja Court of Arbitration for Art (CAFA). She is full member of STEP and member of the leading Italian associations of university professors. Marta authored three books and several articles published in academic journals in the areas of succession law, trusts and estate law, art law.
