Iñigo Aguirrezabala’s practice, backed by his tax and financial expertise, includes organizing and structuring complex business transactions and real estate assets.He is also an expert in the tax planning of asset financing and debt transactions, and advises on negotiating and implementing contracts, mergers, acquisitions, transfers, shareholdings, takeovers and similar transactions, as well as joint venture agreements.
