Short Biography

James is a partner in Stevens & Bolton's private wealth team and is also a director of the firm’s in-house trust corporation. He acts for both UK and non-UK resident individuals, families, executors and trustees on a range UK tax and inheritance/succession issues, as well as acting as trusted adviser for a number of families. He has a wealth of experience in advising on onshore and offshore tax planning, the creation of trust structures (including ongoing fiduciary advice) and advising on family investment vehicles. He has also built up considerable experience in advising clients on cross-border matters.
