Short Biography

Gian Gualberto Morgigni is a Senior Associate of the Tax and Tax Planning department at Chiomenti in Italy. He has completed his studies in Rome and Milan and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association. He joined Chiomenti in 2011. Gian Gualberto focuses on family estate restructuring, taxation of business operations, trusts, incentive schemes for managers, taxation of financial transactions and corporate restructurings. He regularly advises clients on issues related to international taxation, M&A, private equity and financing operations. Gian Gualberto has authored several publications on tax matters and is a speaker at tax conferences and seminars.
