Fabrice Varandas joined Baker McKenzie in 2007. He has expertise in real estate law (including real estate acquisitions, leases and specific regulations), construction law, corporate law and financing. Fabrice regularly advises French and foreign investors our real estate corporate transactions buildings and real estate portfolios and advises users in the scope of their setting up in France. Fabrice intervenes for French or foreign investors in the setting-up of real estate investment funds (including French OPCIs), and joint-ventures. He also advises French and foreign investors or real estate structured financings. Fabrice holds a postgraduate degree of Business Law (2007) and another in civil and trade obligations law (2006) from the University of Paris V René Descartes.
