Professional Biography

Elliott is regularly instructed in global commercial litigation where there is a strong Gibraltar connection to litigation. Elliott has considerable experience in the area of trusts and estates disputes and appears before all courts on matters relating to the administration of trusts and particularly in relation to applications for directions brought by Trustees and claims brought by beneficiaries. Elliott is recognised in Chambers Global and Chambers Europe for General Business Law: Dispute Resolution. Elliott has also been named as one of Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite lawyers in 2019- 2022, reflecting his position as one of the leading private client and trust and estates litigators in the world. SInce 2015, Elliott has been a Member of Parliament in the Gibraltar Parliament and has served as Leader of the Opposition between 2017- 2020.
