Short Biography

I’m a Partner of Mourant and the Practice Leader of the Jersey Litigation team. I regularly advise on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, with a particular focus in the areas of contentious private wealth and trust matters. I am a Trusts and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and the chair of Jersey branch of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, the largest in the world outside of London. I am recommended in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, and I feature on the Citywealth Leaders List, the Who's Who Legal: Private Client list,

What is your favorite restaurant to take a client or colleague to?

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Never ask someone to do something that you wouldn't.

What was your first job?

Supermarket trolley pusher, shelf-stacker and till operator!
