Short Biography

Sebastian Auer is a Partner with GASSER PARTNER Attorneys at Law, one of the leading law firms in Liechtenstein. Sebastian specialises in Contentious Trusts and Private Wealth disputes, his main focus in this area being cross-border foundation and trust matters. He is experienced in handling complex litigation and arbitration cases, often including parties in various different jurisdictions. In addition, he regularly provides advice to clients in regard of their respective rights in relation to private wealth vehicles and advises on asset and wealth planning. Sebastian regularly publishes on trust and foundation matters and is ranked by Chambers & Partners as well as The Legal 500 in the practice area Dispute Resolution. Most recently, CityWealth has named him one of Europe's Top 100 Private Client lawyers in its annual Leaders' List.

What is your favorite restaurant to take a client or colleague to?

The Sonnenhof. Perfectly situated in the hills around Vaduz with spectacular views on the Princely Castle.

The good lawyer is not the man who has an eye to every side and angle of contingency, and qualifies all his qualifications, but who throws himself on your part so heartily, that he can get you out of a scrape.
