Short Biography

Ruth studied law in Heidelberg and Geneva and has written a doctoral thesis about German family foundations. She completed her legal traineeship at the higher regional court in Frankfurt, while working as a research assistance at Hegeler Mueller. Since 2018 Ruth practices as a Private Client Lawyer in the Team of Dr. Christian von Oertzen at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Frankfurt. After a secondment at Charles Russell Speechlys in London in 2023, Ruth is now working in Flick Gocke Schaumburg´s Berlin office.

What changes do you expect to see in your practice over the next year?

I am looking forward to clients of my generation who are now becoming increasingly active in planning. I think the politically turbulent times will also bring about more planning activity.
