Short Biography

Philipp is a partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg working in the private clients department in Frankfurt. As a lawyer and certified tax advisor with ten years of experience, his main practice areas include estate planning (civil law and tax law), probate and relocation to as well as from Germany. He also advises national and international clients on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, charitable planning, establishing of foundations and art (tax) law. He publishes articles on national and international estate planning on a regular basis and he also gives lectures about these issues. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.
