Short Biography

Pedro is co-founder and Managing Partner of Kinship. Coming from an international law firm, he has 30 years of experience in the world of law, with a special focus on international taxation. He is also specialised in providing legal and tax advice to foreign families and companies that move to Spain to set up residence, work or start a business. His professional career is also characterised by having achieved a recognised position advising and assisting foreign investors entering the Spanish real estate market, with special emphasis on the residential and hotel sectors, as well as in the tax structuring of significant transactions. He has recently been honoured by Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite 2021 Directory and Thought Leaders’ Who’s Who Private Client 2021. Pedro is fluent in English and Spanish.
