With over 13 years of experience in the field of taxation, Nicolás serves as a tax partner at the well-established Chilean law firm, Claro & Cia. He plays a pivotal role in advising the firm’s clients on both local and cross-border transactions, specializing in tax M&A, corporate reorganizations, financing, and capital markets. Additionally, he provides invaluable assistance to high-net-worth clients in private wealth planning and management. Nicolás holds an LL.B. from Universidad de los Andes and an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Florida. From 2016 to 2017, he worked as a foreign associate at David Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
