Meghan’s practice focuses on trusts and estates litigation. She litigates trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty cases, elder abuses cases, conservatorships, guardianships, and accounting disputes. Meghan is part of an internationally-recognized team representing clients in some of the most high-profile, celebrity, and complex trust and estate disputes.
