Short Biography

Associate of Chiomenti tax department, Lorenzo advises Italian and international clients on tax planning matters, cross-border taxation, private wealth management, trusts and estate planning matters. His clients include prominent HNWIs, families and family offices, as well as Italian and foreign multinationals. He is enrolled in the Milan Bar and regularly authors publications on domestic and international tax matters. Lorenzo previously worked for 2 years at an Sino-American law firm in Shanghai, China.

What is your favorite restaurant to take a client or colleague to?

I am going to say La Pobbia in Milan. Run by a family since WWII, most authentic place in Milan (plus a couple of original FONTANA are on the walls while you eat and drink red wine)

What was your first job?

Waiter at a Bar in Florence. Almost as stressful as being a lawyer!

Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky

What changes do you expect to see in your practice over the next year?

I am expecting a further increase in the interplay between different areas such as tax, estate planning and immigration. Cross knowledge will become more and more essential
