Short Biography

Jenny Duggan is a family lawyer, focussed on finding an emotionally intelligent route through separation and divorce. Jenny has extensive experience in a wide range of high-value cases involving complex financial and trust structures, often with international elements. Jenny also has expertise in drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements.
