Christian von Oertzen is a lawyer, certified tax lawyer and partner at the Frankfurt office of Flick Gocke Schaumburg. He has been advising national and international medium-sized entrepreneurial families, high net worth individuals and family offices in the area of succession / wealth / foundations for 30 years and heads the Private Clients and Family-owned Businesses department at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. Christian is a member of various internationally respected professional associations (including member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Laws, San Francisco and International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Washington D.C.) and co-editor of a commentary on inheritance tax law.
