Short Biography

I am a partner in Ogier’s Private Wealth team in Guernsey, advising on a variety of non-contentious and contentious matters. I am a Guernsey Advocate advising on a range of structures including trusts and foundations, working closely with fiduciary service providers and HNW individuals and families on all aspects relating to the life cycle of private wealth vehicles. I have particular expertise in complex, large scale succession structures and their reorganisation, including the use of PTCs and PTFs and family governance issues, as well as the use of trusts and foundations in commercial ventures. I also advise on regulatory matters, pension and succession advice (including wills and probate). I am a qualified TEP and a member of the STEP Guernsey Committee. I have been nominated and received a number of industry awards and accolades and has been ranked in both Chambers HNW Guide and the Legal 500 UK Guide.
