What is your favorite restaurant to take a client or colleague to?

If I'm home in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, I like to take people to Snake River Grill for incredible local, organic food. If I'm traveling, Greek or Cuban food!

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

"Don't be afraid to make mistakes."

What was your first job?

I was a camp counselor in Miami, where I was born and raised.

What is the book you recommend to everyone?

Currently, I am recommending "The Overstory" by Richard Powers. It will forever change the way you think about trees.

What changes do you expect to see in your practice over the next year?

A continued focus on succession planning due to (1) the "great wealth transfer” and (2) movement towards professional trustees and PTCs to improve the durability and flexibility of structures.
