Short Biography

Berenice Carrasquedo, Mexican, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the "UABJO", with degrees in Business Law at the “ITAM” and specialized in Banking and Corporate Law. With experience in public and private trusts, real estate development and structuring of credit since 1999. From 2006 to 2011 she served as Managing Director and Partner of Firm “Garcia Madrazo y Asociados, SC”. To the date she is founding partner of the firm BFC Asesores, S.C. firm specializing in Advising Family Businesses, family office services, structuring and implementation of public and private trusts, as well as advising on financial matters. She has participated as a founding member of the Mexican chapter of STEP as President of the Mexico chapter from 2015 to 2017. She is currently an active member of the Mexican Committee (Treasurer) and a member of the Board of Directors of the STEP LatAm Conference.
