Aude is a partner at Steering Legal with over 10 years' experience advising private clients in domestic and international contexts. Prior to joining Steering Legal, Aude was a partner at Opleo Avocats. Her practice has been recognized in several rankings (Legal 500, Décideurs). Aude specializes in tax and wealth management issues, including inheritance and family law, business transfers and structuring, art and philanthropy. She plays a key role in advising family-owned business leaders and senior executives on private equity buyouts and exits. She also has extensive experience in assisting individuals with tax and wealth disputes.
