Dr. Andreas Richter, LL.M., is a partner and former member of the management board at POELLATH. Some of Germany's leading family offices, family businesses and foundations as well as their peers abroad are the client basis for his work as a legal and tax adviser. Andreas is widely acknowledged as one of Germany's preeminent private client lawyers. The quality of his cross-border work was recog-nised when he was elected as academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
