Short Biography

A partner at NijsDraye, Alain helps his clients to navigate through complex legal, tax and other issues, often cross-border, regarding their family, their business and their wealth. Dedication, big picture awareness and long-term approach are key for Alain. Alain has a particular interest in complex cross-border estate and tax planning, among others, related to migration from and into Belgium, and in designing and structuring family offices and family (business) governance rules.
