Natasha Kapp is a partner in Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth team in Guernsey. Natasha deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious trust matters. She advises professional trustees, family offices and UHNWI's on the establishment, administration and restructuring of complex trusts and foundations and underlying structures. She has acted on the establishment of and continues to advise some of the largest family offices and philanthropies established on the Island. Natasha also advises on insurance regulation. She regularly appears before the Royal Court of Guernsey in applications regarding the interpretation of trust powers, the variation of trusts, the doctrine of mistake, the application of the Rule In Hastings Bass under Guernsey law, Beddoe applications, rectification of trusts and a significant breach of trust case. The increasing pace of regulatory change is going to drive clients to those who can advise deftly on the full spectrum of issues - from regulatory issues, to sanctions, to anti-money laundering concerns and everything in between.

I started my private banking career with Lloyds Bank International in Guernsey in 1992. Following 3 years with the bank based in the Isle of Man, I relocated to Dubai in 2002. I now head the Dubai office for Quilter Cheviot, based in the DIFC and have been with the firm since 2016. Lisa joined Safferys in 2010 and heads up a Family Office Team in Guernsey, managing offshore structures for ultra-high net worth families.
