In addition to counselling and planning, Todd regularly represents trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, and other fiduciaries in fiduciary litigation. In addition, Todd defends tax audits and represents clients in other tax controversy matters, including prosecuting refund claims. Todd is admitted before the US Tax Court.
