Partner & Head of Family Law; works with HNW/UHNW couples to find constructive outcomes on divorce. Experienced mediator and litigator undertaking complex money & children work, often with an international element. Also highly experienced in drafting/enforcing/attacking nuptial agreements; and advising third parties to a divorce, especially trustees. Former Chair of national family lawyers organisation, Resolution. Lobbies for family law reform and often called on to give evidence to parliamentary committees/quotes in the media.
