Professional Biography
Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Contentious Trusts and Estates team at Forsters. She specialises in a full range of contentious private client matters and is highly experienced in advising professional clients and private individuals, both domestically and internationally. Hannah acts on matters involving contentious probate and gifts, the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, variations of trusts; and for fiduciaries and beneficiaries in potential breach of trust claims. Hannah also advises on contentious capacity-related matters in the Court of Protection, such as dispute relating to powers of attorney and deputyships, and statutory wills/gifting. Hannah also acts on disputes relating to charities and charitable trusts, on sanctions issues and in professional negligence claims against private client advisors. Hannah also works closely with colleagues to stress test new and on-going trusts, Wills, and nuptial agreements. Hannah is a full member of ACTAPS and of STEP.
