Professional Biography

I am a managing associate in Bedell Cristin's International Private Client Team, based in the Cayman Islands. I specialise in the creation of offshore wealth planning structures. I am qualified in BVI and the Cayman Islands. I advise trust companies, family offices, and high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. I also work with onshore law firms and their clients in designing and operating wealth planning structures. My practice involves trusts (including STAR trusts and VISTA trusts), foundations, trust companies (including private trust companies), companies and other vehicles. I prepare complex and straightforward wills and I help guide clients through the probate and administration of estates process in BVI and the Cayman Islands. I also advise on offshore regulations as they apply to international private clients, including anti-money laundering, beneficial ownership registers, CRS / FATCA, and economic substance.
