Professional Biography

I have experience of assisting beneficiaries, trustees, and other fiduciaries with trust disputes both onshore and in numerous offshore jurisdictions. I also specialise in probate disputes, including when conflicts of private international law arise, and disputes overseen by the Court of Protection.

What changes do you expect to see in your practice over the next year?

More applications to the Court of Protection due to the combination of an ageing population and increasing numbers of capacity disputes relating to transfers of wealth and control, whilst people are still alive.
