Dean Berry is head of the Private Client Department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York. Making my own bed for a nickle a week (tax free). With inflation, that would now be about ... a quarter.

Usually the last good one I read, but for US readers: Evicted by Matthew Desmond - the rules really are stacked against the poor.
